Spanish Adverbs of Frequency are very flexible. You can put them before or after the verb. However, you are most likely to see them after the verb.
Spanish Adverbs of Frequency are very useful. We have practiced using them here with some of regular verbs we have already seen in previous lessons and we hope you have enjoyed lengthening your sentences, adding extra detail and describing your verbs. Keep practicing by making your own sentences to describe things that you always/never/sometimes/rarely/etc do.

Tom: ¿Y los domingos?
María: Los domingos por la mañana voy al monte, luego cocino. Por la tarde salgo con mis amigos y por la noche leo un libro. ¿Y tú qué haces los fines de semana?
Tom: Los sábados por la mañana voy de compras. Por la tarde escucho música y salgo con mis amigos. A veces voy al cine o a un concierto. Los domingos no hago mucho.
Cocino y estoy en casa. Leo un libro o estudio español.
María: ¿Estudias español?
Tom: Sí, necesito mejorar mi español. Voy a clases de español tres veces a la semana.

Pedro: Lo siento Silvia. Pero no te preocupes. Seguro que vas a encontrar trabajo pronto. ¿Vas a menudo a la oficina de empleo?
Silvia: Sí, a veces. Pero es un desastre. Muy desorganizada. Seguro que no voy a encontrar trabajo allí.
Pedro: ¿Buscas en los periódicos?
Silvia: No, nunca. Igual tengo que echar un vistazo en los periódicos locales.
Pedro: Sí, creo que hay posibilidades de encontrar algo allí. También, te gusta mucho nadar, ¿por qué no preguntas en la piscina a ver si puedes trabajar allí como socorrista?
